Why My Form is Shown Under the Footer?

For some reason my form is shown under the footer, instead of the body.

Hi Arie,

I checked your web page and found that you didn't define a suitable "div" for your form. To embed your form in a proper place on your page, you can put it in a div which have an ID "content-holder". Also, you can use the iFrame method to embed your form.

In addition, you may need to increase the height of that div in order to fit in the form. If you encounter any error or need more information, please let us know.

Thanks for your help.

I added some text under the upload button.

This makes the form a bit longer in height, which causing it to cut off just in the middle of the submit button:

I increased the height of the div, and iframe id, but it's still cut..

I have checked your website's source code, I have noticed that you've already used the iframe code of your form. I have also noticed that you included the script part of the iframe code. 

Can you try to check if by removing the script part of your form would fix the issue you're having? It is possible that there are conflicts between your form's scripts and the script on your website.

I tried replicating your website and removed the script part of the iframe code. 

I have checked it after and that fixed the issue on my end.
