Many people have had trouble registering for an event. They say things like they do not see the form, there is no button to submit, they are not receiving an email confirmation, or it does not accept their email address. At this point we have no idea how many people have ACTUALLY signed up (or tried to). Our event may be disastrous. Please help!

I see that, you embedded your form with Embed Method and IFrame Method. Because of that reason, you can't see your form.
To solve this, you need to delete one of them. I suggest you delete Embed Method because with IFrame method almost nothing can break the form on your page! Since the form is displayed inside an iFrame.
At that situation, it will work properly.
