I have created a form in jotform. From yesterday onwards the submission is not working. While submitting it goes to another page with a message the form was disabled. Can you please help me to solve this issue.

As far as I can see, your account has Free plan and it has reached 135 submissions for this month, that's why it doesn't submit any submission.
To beat this problem, you have two option. The first one is waiting to the beginning of the next month (submission counters reset in the first day of month) and the other one is upgrading your account to higher plans.
