    Dear,

    Form not found
    This form is disabled.
     
     

     

    I did some searching about the problem and I noticed that the problem was because I didn't have English version for my form.

    I have fixed the issue and I hope you re-activate my account again.

    Our apologies. I have just reactivated your account and whitelisted some of your forms. Now yes, please follow our recommendation to create your form using English as the default language then add the Arabic after and make it as the default.
