can I hide the total in the purchase order from the form but to show it in calculation?

I checked your form and I noticed that the Total field is not displayed in your purchase order field. As per checking, unfortunately, you cannot pass the value of the Total in your Purchase Order field into a calculation or text box field. As a workaround, you can try to manually create the product field using check box instead of using the Purchase Order field. If you want to use the coupon code option you will have to use the Purchase Order field. There is currently no way to pass the value of the Total in your Purchase Order field into a calculation or text box field.

I further check the issue and you can also manually create a coupon code by adding Text Box field and using conditions. Here is the sample form that you can check: https://form.jotformpro.com/53608930409963. In the sample form, I have set the coupon code to Discount.

To setup the Coupon Code like functionality manually, just follow the instructions below.

1. Add Text box where user will input the coupon code.

2. Add a Text field to display a message if coupon code is valid.

 

3. Setup condition to show/hide display message.

4. Setup condition for calculation.

 

Note: To add another coupon code, you just need to set it up in your condition. I have setup the sample form (https://form.jotformpro.com/53608930409963) to accept Discount and Discount2 coupon code. Here is a sample condition that I have setup in the form.
