Reduce upload space usage?

Hi - Im not clear on what "upload space" usage / availability is. 

Is that the # of total forms I have created with my account? Or is it the photo / video uploads that are taking up the space? Or does the text that are in my submissions make up the upload space as well?

As a follow up, how would i go about reducing this usage space / clearing it up on my own?

Or does the text that are in my submissions make up the upload space as well?  Not at all, it's all about uploaded files.

Simply download your files along with the submitted data in a excel file

and then delete your submissions, from the submissions view:

To do this, simply select your form, then go to "Submissions"

Then click on "Delete all submissions " , you can also do it one by one.
