Create HL7 message on form submission

    Hi All,

     

    Can we create an HL7 message on each form submit with the below information from the form being included

     

    a.       First Name

    b.      Last Name

    c.       Gender

    d.      DOB

    e.      Address (If you want to prescribe controlled Substances

    It looks like HL7 message is something related to health. I've checked this webpage and seems that the HL7 message is having the fields, sub-fileds, etc. If you want to place the values of the form in this format, you may try using the field names from your JotForm.

    You may use this fields to display in the required order in Thank You message.

    Also, if you want to send the message to a different webpage you may use custom URL by sending POST data.
