I got the email telling me my account has been upgraded to the Premium Plan. So I logged in to my account and I see this message:
Our pricing plans have been restructured. You are currently on our old $90 yearly Premium plan and will keep this low rate for as long as you remain on this plan.
I had a FREE account. I want to keep a FREE account. Can you please help me to to that?

Hi,
The subscription was not cancelled from last year and automatically billed you. I have cancelled your subscription and refunded your payment. You should see the full refund in your account in no more than 5 business days.
