Problems with jotform integration with zapier since i transfered my data in Europe

    Hello,

    I use Zapier to create new entries in our CRM (SugarCRM v7.6) from jotform submission since a long time.

    Since the 18th of december, it doesn't work anymore all the fields are filled with "N/A" in our CRM instead of the real informations from jotform.

    I transfered my data in Europe few days before I had this problem. Do you know what is the solution please?

    Apologies for the inconvenience. I believe this is because Zapier is getting the submission data from the US servers, which in your case shows N/A because data for EU users are now moved and will be transferred directly to our European servers.

    You will need to re-integrate or connect again your JotForm account to Zapier, and make sure that you will set this option:

     

    Noticed that Zapier now has the "Do you use European Datacenters?" option, from here you should set it to "Yes" and finish the integration.
