I can't downgrade?

    Dear Jotform, I'm trying to downgrade to keep just the one account for now but it the interface keeps hanging on processing when I try and downgrade. Can you help?

    I see that your account is holding Premium Bi-yearly subscription which was paid using PayPal. I notice that the renewal payment is getting failed. If you want to cancel the subscription, please follow the steps below :

    1. Log into your PayPal account

    2. Find the latest payment you made to us

    3. Click on your subscription number

    4. Click on "Cancel Subscription" button.

    When you cancel your subscription you will not be charged again.
