How do I delete form attachments?

I have tried everything to delete form attachments but nothing seems to work. I have deleted all form submissions and cleared the form cache. But when I click on the attachment link in the email I can still download it. Is there something that I am not doing or is there no way to delete the attachments?

Your upload limit has been restored already so I think our servers are in the process of deleting the file(s). If you are bothered with that, we can manually delete it to our end. Just let us know the file URL so we can proceed.
