    My jotform doesn't send a thankyou email to my Juno account, but yahoo is ok

    And probably emails others ok... how can I troubleshoot? It does not go into spam, it just doesn't send it.

    Are you referring to your account email address? You are on our unsubscribe list and this is the cause of the problem. Unsubscribing means that you don't want to receive any emails from us. You should remain subscribed to receive the form emails.

    I removed your email address from the said list, you should receive the form emails from now.

    No, when nmesserschmidt@juno.com submits to this form, there is supposed
    to be a thankyou email sent and she doesn't get it. But I do.

    Hi,

    As far as I understand from your thread, when nmesserschmidt@juno.com submits to form. she doesn't receive autoresponder.

    I've checked your mail logs. It seems, 2016-01-04 23:12:18] Submission #327776337975809196 Form #60004936675154 SENT to nmesserschmidt@juno.com from kainosfcc@gmail.com via SENDMAIL

     

    Could she please check her spam, trash and bulk folders? If she finds them there, We would appreciate it if she could mark them as not spam in order to not go into the folder any more.

    I'm sorry, I don't see that screen. On my forms screen I see favorites,
    archives, trash, nothing at the top...
