We have a problem with conversion to PayPal

    On 12-29-15, 5 jotform emails were received but the payment never made it to PayPal.

    On 12-31-15 one jotform email ws received but the payment never made it to PayPal.

    Can you look into this for us ASAP. I have names and amounts.
