How do I save a form as a PDF with all fields showing?

Asked by samanthavick on January 05, 2016 at 11:37 AM

Some of the fields in my form are only shown when a 'yes/no' answer is selected. Can I save a version as PDF with all possible options shown?

When you save a PDF version of you form all the fields will be show since the hide/show conditions are JavaScript based and this wont be carried over to the PDF version.

If you are referring to saving a PDF copy of the a form with the submissions data you can uncheck the auto-hide empty fields check-box in the properties under submissions.
