form is showing up prefilled. problem on jotform side?

    My forms are showing up prefilled with the last entry from the last submission.

    It seems you have deleted the form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/60056447137959 already as I could not access it anymore.

    One possible reason that the form was auto filled or prepopulated already is when the Autofill option is enabled on the form.

    user guide: How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-Feature

    You can disable the feature and refresh the browser. The next time the form loads, it should not be prepopulated anymore.
