Hi I follow the guide to select a image base on dropdown condition but couldnt get it to work nor clone the form. Please help

You need to first add Image fields into your form, in order to be able to set conditions on these images:

After that, simply open up Conditions, and add a new Show condition based on a Drop Down field that you desire:

But how do i make reference to multiple image. I am able only to upload one image

You are most welcome. I'm afraid that we do not provide any services for customized form building, you may need to hire an outside third party to help you with building your forms. We do however help with any assistance you may need for setting up your form, but we do not actually set up / build forms for you.

When it comes to referencing multiple images, you would need to add an Image field to the form for each of the images you wish to display. So in order to set up conditions for conditionally showing 1 of 5 images, you would need to add the Image field 5 times to the form.

By using a Show condition, we are making sure that even when there are multiple Image fields on the form, only that one or those few images for which a show conditional rule has been met, will be visible to the user.
