Restrict submission when all the fields are not filled

    Hi Support Teams,

We have created production registration form through you guys and getting emails from our customers once they filled those forms out. I have two questions:

    1) Is it possible to make the registration incomplete if the customer does not fill out the email portion? We've gotten emails from them even if they did not put their email addresses.

    2) We've been going to jotform and download files that customers attached for their invoices. Is it possible to see them without having to go to Jotform and download them?

I'd really appreciate your help on this. Thank you.

You can restrict the user to submit the form when the fields are not filled in by marking them as required field. As I check your JotForm now, I see that all the fields are marked as required and this would help in achieving your requirement.

I also notice that the email field on your form is a textbox field without having any validation. Since you are already having some submission data on the form, you may consider enabling the validation to Email as shown below :

Hope this information helps! If you are referring to something different or need any further assistance, please let us know. We will be happy to help.

The other question is moved to a separate thread and shall be addressed there shortly.
