Hi.
I downgraded my account to the free one in Dec 2015, but I have been charged the full yearly amount. There's a note on my Billing page that says I will be downgraded in 2016.
I will not be using the paid service and that is why I downgraded to the free one. Can you please refund me in full, as I had attempted to do this myself but have not been successful.
