Are your referring to this form: http://www.jotformeu.com/form/60085973768369 ?
If you are not receiving any payments, you might need to check if you have setup your Payment Integration wizard correctly. For example, Papal express needs Business or Premiere Paypal account while Paypal Pro needs Paypal Pro account.
I also checked the submissions in your form and it looks like there are a couple of incomplete payments. For more information regarding incomplete payments, you can check out the following articles:
