Can I create a matrix with product options, i.e. size colour

I would like to use jotform as a data input form to create a csv file.

We have clothing products with variations so a t shirt could come in 3 sizes and 5 colours

When new stock arrives I want to be able to have both colours and size options as headers in the matrix (ideally the field names would be taken from a previous text box entry, i.e. available colours selected

Is it possible to have the input type as text and enter the quantity.

The output would then be a multi line excel csv file with each product option on a new line?

Any help here would be really useful.

    Thanks

If you want to sell your products you can use our payment tools.

Please, check the guide below for more information.

If you want to use your form just for adding data input you can create matrix table as you see below:

First of all, please, add matrix to your form and change row values.

    2) Change to column values.

    3) choose input type as text box.

Thank you so much for your quick reply.  One more question... Is it possible to use the answer from another field as the row headings - i.e. product 1, product 2, product 3.  If there was a "COLOUR 1" text box/field with 'RED" as the answer, "COLOUR 2" with Green,  it would then dynamically insert Red as product 1, and so on....

I know This may be a big ask, but would be incredibly useful.

No, unfortunately it is not possible to accomplish what you need with our Form Builder.
