Even though the calendar is set EU - Asia mode, the form prints the result in US Calendar style. Is there a bug or programming failure?

I have checked your account settings and I saw that you have set your Time Format to be EU-Asia-DMY.
After that I have checked your submission and date are shown in DMY format.
Is Time Format shown differently on your end or your issue is resolved? If Time Format is shown differently please provide us a screenshot of your issue and tell us are you experiencing same issue with all of your forms.
Let us know if you need further assistance.

derenkorayReplied on January 11, 2016 at 4:46 PMNo it’s not solved because the date & time stamp on e-mail is not the EU-Asia-DMY way. Please see the attached snapshot. The date has submitted for winter date but stamp shows as is the clients make this reservation for July term. That is a huge problem and puts the operation in a risky way.
How we can solve this problem? I wish the system stamps the actual letters of the Month rather than complicated numbers !
Cordially,
Koray Altan

Hi,
I see you have posted the same concern on this thread : http://www.jotform.com/answers/741856-Date-is-still-stamped-in-the-US-way-in-Notification-Mails-eventhough-the-EU-Asia-DMY-Format-is-set
I can also see one of my colleagues replied to you with a different workaround, please, follow your case only on one thread in order to avoid have multiple threads about the same issue.
Regards.
