understanding plans

I don't quite understand the membership plans.  I see a limit of submissions, but does it matter how many forms I produce, or if I have them on more than one site?  Is it just based on submissions as a sum total of those submitted to all forms and sites that were produced under my membership?  Please explain.

The total of submissions is per month and per account regardless how many forms you create and in how many sites you embed them
