Hello. I am unable to open an application form that I have published via Jotform. I received the message 'Backend Fetch Failed' when trying to open it through the Jotform Website under My Forms. Sometimes the link works, and sometimes it does not.
As a side note, an applicant from South America has been trying to access the form, but is unable to open it (from multiple browsers). Does Jotform often experience issues related to geography? Are these issues related?
The link I have provided is the page we are experiencing issues with. The Screen Shot is from the applicant in South America who can not open the page.

I've checked your form. I am not able to reproduce same issue that you are having. I've also cloned and tested your form. It is working fine on my side, I can submit the form without any issue.
