We have a static website with approx 100 pages and we have been using jotform in each page, but whenever we receive any enquiry, we don't recognized from which page user submitted the enquiry.
So does jotform has this option, so that we can track the URL/Link as well. We are explaining our query through example as well
like we have URL www.abc.com/xyz.html & www.abc.com/xyz-abc.html, so whenever user submit enquiry from www.abc.com/xyz.html page, then we should know, the user was on www.abc.com/xyz.html page and he submitted from that page.
Please share us the detail with explain, If this is possible

Thank you for contacting us.
You can use some of these widgets :
This guide will help you to add the widget to your form : http://www.jotform.com/help/252-How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-your-Form
Once you add one of the widgets, you will be able to know the URL where the form was submitted.
Hope this helps.
