if someone is trying to apply for employment with my company on line. after they fill out all forms on line and hit submit. can i go back and pull their file with all the forms they submitted?

If I can understand correctly your request, you are trying to sent all the forms the user submits, I think it's not possible to do, I mean, is not possible to take all the forms or submission data and send it via email, at least not automatically.

However,  I would suggest you to check this guide, you can set an Autoresponder and your submitter will receive an email where you can also attach a PDF file with the submitted data : http://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder
