My email responses are not coming through. I followed the help menu and re entered everything and it works for a day or so and then stops working.
Could you please investigate the above problem please? The jot form is attached to my website barmybella.com and my email is email@example.com

I have checked email address you provided and that email address was on bounce list. Our system gave following result:
firstname.lastname@example.org is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp;554 Message rejected for policy reasons (220.127.116.11) - Please report any problems to BT via the email@example.com mailbox and include your sending ip address with an example header of your email
I have now removed it from our bounce list and it should be working fine now.
You can follow this guide on how to check and remove the email from bounce list.
Also you can Whitelist JotMails IP Addresses.
Please test your form and check if you are receiving submissions now.
