Can't use the app. Everytime I launch it, it closes completely.

Have you tried re-installing your app ?
Also, do you receive an error message before the app is closed ?
Unfortunately, I have not an IPhone or a device with IOS, I will ask to one of my colleagues to test the app and we will try to replicate your issue.
We will wait for your response, and we will notify you via this thread if we are able to replicate it as well.

Tried to re-installing and same thing happens.
No message appears.

This is quite odd, could you provide us a screenshot about what you are seeing when opening the App ?
I'm still unable to test it, and I have not received any answer for someone that tested the app.
Share us the screenshot, perhaps we will need to escalate it.
