Your website is not letting me cancel my account. We have been charged monthly since March and we have only used the account once. Please cancel for us, and if possible, refund the months not used. Account Journeybrl

Please be noted that JotForm is a subscription based services. Once you upgrade your account, your subscription remains active unless you cancel your subscription.
