My submission wasn't shown fully on my email

    Hi There,

    I got problem which when people did submission to FREE TRIAL form, the location and comments were not shown in the form that sent to my email. When I checked the form through jotform website, they actually did fill  in the comment and picked the location. 

    I also attached the picture that I took from my email. Is there anyway to view it fully through my email?

    Also the Jotform website is not mobile friendly at all, I tried 2 times to submit this question through support forum with my mobile, it's very hard to use and put writing, hope it can be switched to mobile friendly version.

    Hello Shanti,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    I did check your form's email alert and found that you have edited it. Please be noted that if you edit your email alert it becomes dirty and it will not display any updates you make to your form. You will have to manually add the form fields in your email alert.

    The best way to solve this problem is to delete the existing email alert and add a new one. A new email alert will always include all the field of form in email alert. The following guide should help you:
