My forms are disabled

Hi! I got a notification that my forms were disabled. Now I don't even see them on my account at all! If I upgrade, will they reappear? It took me sometime to create those forms and the data we collected we need. Please let me know if there is anyway to retrieve this??

Since it seems that there are no submissions on that form and that there were no submissions registered for your account for this account I presume that you might have some other account for which this notification was sent.
