Why are the form fields appear cut off when I select "Get PDF" on a completed form submission? They never used to do that.

When I select Get PDF so I can send out the completed form the form fields are cut off. However, we have used exported PDF's for previous forms and never had that issue. Is there a setting that needs to be fixed?

The issue may be related to selected 'Customize PDF' option. In order to restore default PDF layout, please go to form Reports on My Forms page and delete a 'PDF Design' report.
