How to find a email notification ?

    I set up an email notification and submission, but when I go back to the button to update these emails, the system says something like " Create New Email" , you have none saved.  But, when I test the form out, I have the emails coming to me for submitting... and it defaults to something like "Notification 3".  Meaning that Notification 1 & 2 are saved out there somewhere?  I am confused ... can someone help me.

    Hi,

    Could you please provide us the email where you are receiving the notifications and is not listed on the Form Builder ? 

    Once we have the email notifications we will make some tests.

    Also, check the Form History, you may have changed your form, if so, the change should be listed there : http://www.jotform.com/help/294-How-to-View-Form-Revision-History
