Hi,
I checked your form and I can see you have not configured your conditions properly :
Also, I noticed that the condition is only working when the date field is filled, If you would like to show the message only when the condition is filled then you should hide the field :
Try doing it, and let us if it works.
Thanks.

Ok let me see if I can explain a little better lets say I want to arrive to port on the 21 of january and today is the 19, so if I input the date january 20 the form should display the message that I have to notify 72 hour in advance and hide the submit button, if the parameter are fullfill and the date of arrival is more than 72 hour then the message remains hidden and the user can hit the submit button.
My question is because if I input -1 will be one day before the present day and I need 3 days before present day so is the 72 hour in advance.
Thanks for your time and waiting for your help.

The types of comparison statements vary per field type. If you select the number field you'll see the less than and greater than options. If you select date it will show previous and next, and so on. Here's a basic tutorial on setting up conditions.
