    Just happened to us as well.... an old version of the form came back and I cannot enter new submissions...

    Just a suggestion. When this happens why can't you broadcast a message to peoples account so that they know there is an issue. I have just raised a ticket for the same thing. You would save a lot of issues by having a notifier that alerts when anyone is logged in here. (like a pop up)

    @Postmen,

    Thank you for your suggestion, we will consider it.

    Our Backend Team is still working on the main issue, there are some server replication post effects, but we expect everything to be resolved in the nearest time.
