Forms are all failing - V8

    My forms are failing even though they've been working for over a year now....."Form Fail - V8" is the message showing up and grayed background.

    We had a replication issue in our servers which affected our EU servers mainly, but it also affected our users in the USA region, but the problem has been fixed .
