What is a sub-user?

I am trying to collect recipes from about 50 people.  If I am creating the form, am I the sub-user? Can multiple people complete the form.  I am looking at the Bronze price range. 

A Sub-User account is a just like a regular account owned and maintained by other JotForm users.

All users have the ability to share their forms or link their forms to other JotForm accounts. If you add an existing JotForm account as a subusers you may then choose forms or add permissions to edit to individual forms for that particular account in which they become as a Sub-User under you.
