I am looking at the email logs and it does seem that the emails did fail to be sent, but also that they are now being sent correctly.
Can you please tell us if you are still experiencing the same issue and if so, can you tell us what is the form from which you are not getting emails?
We would then check it out to see what might be the issue.
I do want to check that next to logs, I also did check your forms and they seem properly set up.
