    No Submission Results Displaying!

    The V8 error message from earlier today seems to be fixed but now I can't view the submissions on several forms and they are not being emailed either. The main page says there are 2800 submissions but here's what I see when I try to view them:

    We can see other form submissions, just not this one.

    Truly sorry about this. We had a data replication issue between our servers, so it might take more time for you to see submissions in all of your forms.

    So does that mean you don't see the submission from the submissions panel in your account nor are getting the submissions via email, or this just not getting emails for example for form http://form.jotformpro.com/form/50617357342959  to your recipient  catalogmodification@sanmar.com ?

    I would recommend you to have your admin to whitelist our domains, here is a general guide on how to prevent email related problems.

    We weren’t seeing any submissions in the submission panel. Looks like this is fixed now.

    No, this issue is not resolved. The submissions panel is still not showing the submissions for this form:

    Other forms are working but not the one above. I can tell from the main page that we have received over 50 new submissions since yesterday but it still says "No results to display" in the submission panel.

    AND I confirmed we are still not receiving emails for multiple forms (URLs listed in thread) so we have no way of accessing the data. Please advise!

    I believe all our other forms are working normally at this time, just not these ones so it can't be a whitelist issue.

    Good new, I tried changing the query time frame in the submissions panel to "one week" and the submissions populated all the sudden! Then when I changed it back to "all time" it still worked. It must have been stuck some how (maybe from the data replication issue between your servers?) and that jogged it. 

    We are still not receiving emails for all 4 URLs though...please advise!

    Thank you for updating us about the submissions and how you manage to see them all. Regarding to the other problem, can you please open a new thread with the URL's?  as this is a different case from the original.
