    How can we get urgent assistance.  My client is paying for your product and since 2 days... thejot form is not working. Please avise asap.

    To assist you better, could you please indicate exactly what the issue your client is having. Is he not able to open his forms, having issues with Jotform builder, or not able to view his submission?

    Helo Victor,

    If you go on: http://www.ammontox.com/test-addon.html and fill all the required fields, when you press the submit button the button change for 'Please wait' and nothing is happening.  It's been working for months and since 2 days... nothing is working.  This is a medical client and it's very important for them to solve this ASAP.  The client is paying for the feature and expect a fast answer.

    Thank you for the update. I just reviewed you form and was able to replicate the issue you are having. Once I cloned your form and did some testing, I noticed that you had a FORM SEPARATOR WIDGET. Once I removed it the form was submitted again. 

    Can you please try removing this widget and adding it again. If your users is still having issues, please let us know. We will be glad to take another look.
