Attempting to use jotform with zapier. When providing the proper form, zapier is not able to read the fields from the form.

Is there something else that needs to be done to the form for the fields to appear as the trigger on zapier?

It looks like this is a sub account user of the actual form owner. The way that Zapier works is through our API, and unfortunately there is an inconvenience that Zapier needs to be set up / allowed access through the main account that owns the form.

Please try setting up your Zapier integration from the main account, LexLaunch, instead of from the sub account timdenker, and let us know how it goes. Thank you.
