Do you mean to upload the already received submissions and uploaded files to DropBox? Unfortunately, it is not possible to push the old submissions to DropBox with the integration. Only new submissions received after integrating DropBox will be sent to DropBox.

If you want to download all the attachments received on your submissions, you may consider downloading them at once from the Submissions view in order to upload it to DropBox manually.
