Disabled Form

I just created a form and it got disabled, I know you have a system to protect against phishing but this isn't a phishing form. Can you please restore it? Its the one named "SmallWorlds Accounts Sales"

How long should it be before I can get it enabled again?

This is reactivated. Please do not use words like Facebook, Instagrams and any other social network as this will trigger the phishing system to suspend automatically your account again.
