The filled forms are not coming to me

    I'm getting details that payments have gone thru  via 2checkout but get no filled form details at all.

     This has happened for the last 3 cases

    May I know if you have followed the important noted mentioned at the last part of the integration in your 2CheckOut?

    I checked your form and I see that there are "Incomplete Payments" in your submissions.

    Could you cross match if those payments in 2Checkout matches those incomplete payments. If they are, then the Approved URL IPN may not be properly setup in your 2Checkout system. Please do make sure that this is added in your 2CheckOut system: https://submit.jotform.com/ipns/2co.php 

    Let us know if that works.
