Email notification not received

    I've added three email addresses on which I would like to receive e-mail notifications. One is working, two are not. I checked if they are on the bounce list of JotForm. They are not. Can you help me find out what's going wrong?

    Sorry, just wanted to add that the notifications are not in the spam folder.

our bounce list.

    I see that you also checked your spam, trash and bulk folders.

    can you check the spelling of your other emails?

    In addition to that,  can you test it with different email addresses such as gmail?

    Lastly, you are currently using a custom sender email address through verification method. If this is not working to some of your forms, I would suggest using our SMTP method(s):
