Submission email going to wrong person!!!!

I posted "Help" - doing this as a "non-private" post

I have created a questionnaire from a template you have on your website (for all paws rescue) and even though I have edited the form and saved it under my forms, once you click submit, it sends the submission email to someone at all paws rescue instead of the email address we have on our account for Lucky Paws. There is no way for me to able to review coding to see where this can be changed. I have followed the FAQ tips and no where does it show the email address to all paws rescue. How can we change this email address?? There is nothing here I can attach, but I did include a link to the JotForm ID provided. Please advise as this will help our animal rescue so much! Thank you!
