How to show the Unique ID widget in a form ?
- iiilucky1iiiAsked on January 21, 2016 at 06:31 PMIts kind of unfortunate you have cancelled the request because you have deemed it not practical for us users. Because there is a function within the Unique ID widget to set-up a prefix, I can can give each user a separate form with its own unique prefix; thus the form would never run into the issue of completing the form at the same time. Regardless, I use my forms as Sales Order Cards, for my sales guys that are on the road. It would be nice if they could see what Order Number they are on to exchange that PO# with the client they are currently working with

Hi,
I checked the Unique Widget and currently it's not possible to show it or use it in calculations.
The only possible way that I can see to show a number is using the Random Value Generator : http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/random_value_generator
This guide will help you to add it to your form : http://www.jotform.com/help/252-How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-your-Form
Feel free to contact us if you need more help ,we will be glad to assist you.
Regards.
