Re-send all notifications failed due to email address being added to bounce-list

    Hi,

I have not received hundreds of emails/notifications due to my addresses being added to Jotform's bounce-list. Now that the addresses have been removed from this list, is there a way to send all notifications I have not received from each form in batch, instead of forwarding them one by one? Please let me know as it would be extremely time consuming to send them all again manually!

    Thank you

Unfortunately no, there is no way to resend emails in batch - only one by one.

I do want to explain the purpose of the bounce list, since it is likely that it can happen again, if the underlying issue is not resolved.

The bounce list is simply a way for you to see if your own email server had rejected the emails. As such it means that your server started rejecting emails sent from JotForm Servers at some point and had caused this.

The reason however will be shown to you when you check if the email is in the bounce list - but only of your own server sent the same.

My suggestion is to contact your email server admin to ask them what might have happened and what should be the steps to rectify the same so that it does not happen again.
