How to add the ability to take a photo from our forms ?

    Hello, 

    We have a testimonial submission form and it would be great if customers were prompted to submit a photo with their testimonial. I noticed you have a widget with a live demo https://form.jotformpro.com/form/51373220945957? this however does not seem to work with my laptop webcam. Do you have any other widgets that could be used to take a photo of a customer and submit it with the form?

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    If the Take a Photo widget is not working on your form then you may use this alternative, the File Picker Widget : http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/filepickerIO 

    Once you add it to your form, then a window will appear, there you must select Take a Picture, in order to allow your users to use their webcam :
