our forms are NOT sending information to our email. please help!!!!!!

I checked your forms and I can see you are using three email addresses to receive email notifications, only one of them is not receiving emails from your forms, it is : email@example.com
It's in our bounce list, I have removed it and you should be able to receive your emails now, also I would like to share you this guide : http://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-email-bouncing-related-issues

Also, you can check and remove your email addresses from the bounce list, just follow this guide : http://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-remove-your-email-address-from-bounce-list
