How to print form into pdf? (Not working)

Hi, When I go through the steps to create a blank pdf form, I get an http error. It worked once, but now it won't.

The error you are getting would help if you can show me, but if you are referring to creating a PDF form, you can use 'Create PDF form' option from your JotForm menu.

I tried it with one of your forms and it worked for me.
